What if my item arrives damaged?

Please reach out to us immediately and we will send out a replacement as soon as we can. **Can take up to 3 weeks to make the replacement depending on order.

Do you offer classes?

At this time due to the pandemic we are only offering private classes to vaccinated or masked  artists up to two at a time. Call or email for more information. Ages 5 and up.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Once you have shopped with us we send out quarterly discounts, promotions and special offers to our collectors.

Can I just stop by and see your shop?

Our shop is located on our private residence and is available to view by appointment only.

What if my favorite (____) breaks years after I bought it?

Even if something isn't listed doesn't mean we can't make repeats. We can always try again. If you favorite item was damaged you can either send back to us to have it professionally salvaged or we can make it again. We offer all our collectors bonuses and discounts and can certainly consult you to a satisfactory solution.

What if I'm not happy with what I purchased?

We strive fo complete satisfaction with our work, if you are dissatisfied with it please reach out and we will help you to find a solution that works for you.

Is it dishwasher/microwave safe?

Your wares should say on the box it arrived in whether it was dishwasher or microwave safe. Most of our wares are unless there is gold in which case it cannot be microwaved. Please email if you are still uncertain.

Are your wares food safe?

All our wares intended for food are food safe. All items not intended for food will be marked as not food safe. Please email for clarification.

How fast can I get my item?

If an item is in stock and ordered before 11 am it can get to you in as little as 2 days. On average from order to delivery is about 4-5 days. Unfortunately due to the nature of the creation process custom orders are a minimum of a month. We will email to keep you updated where we are with the creation and shipment of your order.
